A few things to know upfront:


Can't import on mobile

If your password manager isn't in the list on mobile, use the desktop app instead — it's free. After importing on desktop, set up cloud sync and your data will appear on mobile automatically.


About exported files

Safe exports in three formats: CSV (recommended), XML, plain text (TXT). None of them are encrypted — your passwords will be readable by anyone who opens the file. Delete the file after you're done using it.
